"Me vs. GoogleDocs".
"Parts of Blogger That I've Never Seen Before".
Just thinking about some other titles that I might have given to this post. Yikes.
Here's this week's freebie in the "No Theme Theme". It started out as just calendar headers for the months. Then I thought, why not the date squares? And what's a primary calendar without all of the extras for special days and celebrations? Who knew there were that many? The empty one at the end is for the obvious holiday that I probably forgot ... or just add in a day that's special in your school.
By the way, the holiday cards are tiny for a reason. I put the numbers up a little high on the cards so you can put the event card right in front of the number cards on your pocket chart and your students will still be able to see the numbers.
The Little Freebie That Grew and Grew. Click on the cover to get it.
What else would you like to see in this classroom series? I'm thinking bookmarks, "Boggle" type letters, ... I'd love to hear your other ideas, please! Thanks!
Happy Teaching!

You really put a lot of work into this! Thank you for sharing! I love how the events don't cover up the date!

Thanks for your comments, Mary and Melissa! The Calendar Time set turned out to be much bigger than I had originally intended, but I'm happy with the results and I'm glad to hear that you are, too! Makes the work well worthwhile!

Susan, although I do buy a small amount of clipart, the pieces on this resource are all from Microsoft! I know that some people buy all of theirs (and there surely are lots of amazing sets out there!!), but I find that this suits my style and meets my needs. It takes some time to plod through the searches, but after using it for a while, you get a feel for what they have and develop a list of some favorite styles.
ReplyDeleteThanks for asking, and for your kind comment!
